Try Out These 7 Simple Home Exercises For Perfect Body

It would be great if each of us had a separate fitness room at home. But since it’s just a distant dream for most people, here are some simple exercises that don’t require special equipment, but surely can help you strengthen your muscles.  To make it fun while you’re training, play music or some movie.

Walking

If weather allows, take a short walk around your house, but if not, make the walk inside. Try warm-up on stairs, or get up and off several times. If you think it’s a piece of cake for you, take a basket of laundry or a couple of bottles of water that will serve you as weights. In case you do not have stairs nearby, do not worry, as a beginning take a slow walk around your home.

Stretch Jumps

These jumps are always fun and are a good way to retrieve the gym classes in elementary and high school. They are also great cardio exercises and perfect for warming up your body.

Push-Ups

Although most people do not prefer them because they are difficult, there are few tricks to make them easier, but at the same time they will retain the same effect on your body. Instead of holding legs straight, lean on your knees and make them faster. When you feel it becomes easy, try the same exercise with one hand behind the back.

Exercises With Lifting legs

Although it is correct to hold your legs straight at the start, you can bend your knees a little. There are several combinations of this exercise.Parallel lifting of both legs or alternately. When you start to feel it very easy, do them in combination with the abs exercise.

Static Jogging

You can do this exercise in the rhythm of the music or while watching a TV series or movie. It is recommended that you wear good sneakers to reduce the pressure on your feet.

Squats

Excellent exercises for strengthening your legs and butt. For a better effect, take something harder in your hands (bottles of water, canned fruit…) and you will feel a difference in just one week. If you already have stamina for this exercise try it with jumping.

Dancing

Home alone? Play music and start dancing. No one is watching so you can completely relax …Jump, hop, run and have fun. Dancing is great for your heart, and if you practice it daily, it can greatly help you maintain your weight.
