Spend some quality time with friends

Socializing with friends will help you reduce stress. A study by the American Psychological Association conducted in November 2011 showed that people who are constantly exposed to stressful situations produce smaller amounts of cortisol (a stress hormone) when they are in the company of friends.

Boost the heart work

Increased work of the heart and muscles reduces stress, so cardio exercises are always a great choice. In this way, not only will you be in good shape, but you will also increase the level of endorphins, improve your mood and fall asleep quicker. If the gym does not seem appealing, try running, swimming, tennis or other interesting sports activity.

Make love

 Expressive writing can be very beneficial. Keep a diary where you write down your thoughts and feelings. As an alternative, make a list of the positive and negative things in your life,which you can later complement. Or, contrary to it, just write down your problems and worries, and then burn the list.
